What is the process in becoming a coach?
To become a coach, there is a four-day comprehensive training on the complete tool. It will give you an indepth look at the "Your Leadership Grip" assessment, and a thorough overview of the "Birkman Method." This training will equip you to give positive, encouraging feedback to enable those you coach to take a sober estimation of who they are naturally and supernaturally.
